Do I need Support Coordination funded in my plan?
Yes, to access Support Coordination services you must have Support Coordination (Level 2) funding included in your NDIS plan under line item 07_002_0106_8_3.
Can all sessions be remote only?
Yes. All EN Support services are delivered 100% remotely via phone, email, and Zoom. We do not provide in-person services.
Are you a plan manager?
No. EN Support provides Support Coordination and Capacity Building services only. We work alongside your plan manager if you are plan-managed.
Can I use both services together?
Yes, if both Support Coordination and Capacity Building are funded in your NDIS plan, you can access both services from EN Support.
Do you support NDIA-managed plans?
No. As an unregistered provider, we only support plan-managed and self-managed NDIS participants.
